Become A CISG Member!

Membership in CISG represents three broad categories: Full Member ($125/yr), Associate Member ($75/yr), and Affiliate Member ($75/yr). Please see the criteria for each category below. 

• Full Members:  Open to those who have completed a terminal degree in their respective field of study as set forth by their respective countries or provincial laws.  Full members will have at least 3 years of post-degree professional experience and will have completed continuing education related to sports-related brain injury.
• Associate Members: Open to anyone with professional experience in areas related to brain injury (including trainees) who do not meet criteria for full membership.  Associate members do not have voting privileges and may not hold office but may be members of committees. 
• Affiliate members: Open to interested individuals who do not meet criteria for membership at other membership levels.  Affiliate members do not have voting privileges and may not hold office or be members of committees.

Please provide the requested information and upload a brief note outlining your work with athletes and brain injuries, and your CV. Once credentials are reviewed and your application is approved you will receive a dues invoice to activate your membership.
